When asked how much longer we have, my fellow students respond with "3 weeks!" And that's true, 3 weeks in the semester but add 2 years to that and it paints a more accurate picture of the road ahead.
Its a good thing I don't gamble. My bracket for march madness was horrible. I should have known Duke would take it but I tried to guess upsets that never happened. I didn't get to watch most of the games due to all the exams my teachers have decided to throw what felt like a hundred tests at us in the span of a couple weeks. By divine intervention I was able to pass my exams even if it wasn't pretty. In fact most were not pretty but I am constantly reminded that C's make PTs.

Words of encouragement from a cough drop |
I'm gearing up for the end of the semester which is only three weeks away. We had meetings this week to prepare us for our first clinical experience and I could feel my blood pressure rise as I just thought about it. I am looking forward to it and I believe it will be fun but it will still be a little scary...
In between class I've tried to enjoy being outside. If it wasn't beautifully sunny, then there have been spectacular thunderstorms where you could watch the lightning spider across the sky. I wasn't exactly dancing in the rain but I did sit on the porch and enjoy it. Wish Grandma B was there with me but she's keeping Grandma C and my folks in line.

Easter in Florida - Grandmas |
That about does it for me. Life sure is sweet especially when I'm at aunt K's for the weekend and enjoying family time. My cousin's son was baptized this weekend and they were nice enough to let me come. I think for the first time in a long time, while attending a family members baptism, I wasn't with a group singing A Child's Prayer. Congrats to him and his family! Yes life is sweet. Love yall!
